Welcome to Peaks & Coast.
Join our intimate motherhood community, where you can participate in online and in person sessions aimed at connecting, reflecting, and validating your unique journey.

Together, we'll navigate our own waves, sharing experiences and providing support to one another throughout the process.

I am a mother of three beautiful children who continually teach me so much about myself and the world.

I am so grateful and my greatest life achievement are my children.

I am an ante natal educator, perinatal and perimenopause doula; and all round parent support.

I adopt an holistic approach to family life and find most parenting advise and support is taking someone's approach and assuming it applies to all families.

Every single person in this world is unique and so every family unit is completely unique.

How can one approach or school of thought apply to everyone?

Doesn't make sense right?

I will guide and inform you with insight and choices, supporting you to tune into what feels right for your family at the moment.

Motherhood and family life is ever evolving, with different seasons and living experiences that can impact the rhythm and focus.

When I became a mother I felt this huge pressure that I had to be fixed and know just how I was going to raise my children.

I felt like I had to be perfect and there was a bar set of what made the best mother.

As soon as I discovered what matrescence meant, I felt this huge weight and burden release and I could breathe deeper into what my own motherhood was and is.

Working in the family support field in the past 5 years I have seen so much pressure put on parents but it totally misses the nuance and leaves many mothers feeling disconnected or never being enough.

We are regularly striving to fit a mould set by someone else.

We are all our children need, just as we are.

We need to look after ourselves, so we can look after our family.

Family life is a continuous riding of the waves: some days it is calm and peaceful, others stormy, rocky and out of control.

How we respect these ebbs and flows and support ourselves to ride the different weathers makes a difference to our wellbeing.

So come join our community to ride your unique wave, together.

Respecting you, your lived and living experiences.

Respecting your children at their developmental age.

Respecting our unique journey.

Finding our own balance, rhythm and happiness in life.

Feeling supported as you level up to mother your way.
